Smokehouse & Cellar Knutsford, England is situated in the Royal George Building on King St / Regent St. Formerly Brasserie Blanc, the venue has undergone a substantial refurbishment to create a luxurious & atmospheric environment to enjoy our very own Smokehouse creations using our authentic smoker ovens over hickory & fruit woods.

Cooked the traditional way low & slow our meats are treated to our own speciality house rubs & sauces & spend from 4-16 hours in our authentic smokers to cook to perfection.

Lovingly created & presented by our Head Chef Jacques Moreno & our highly skilled dedicated team of chefs using locally sourced produce where available.

Our menu is carefully designed to showcase the very best of our smokehouse style food, combined with a comprehensive array of creative dishes from the grill section as well as skewers, burgers & fajitas plus more for you to enjoy.
